Akane (Alex) Inoue has been licensing Nippon TV’s unscripted formats and anime series since 2021. Her main
licensing territory is U.S., Canada and Latin America, and has experience in working with not only acclaimed
producers within the area, but also with global streaming platforms negotiating various license terms.
Prior to joining Nippon TV in 2020, She started her career at Itochu Corporation, a leading trading and investment
house in Japan. Born in California, she has multi-cultural background living in Japan, US, UK, and China.
